What is a zone?
A zone is your private league space. Invite your friends, family, or coworkers and run multiple contests together.
Do players need to know every NFL team?
Not at all. Start with straight-up Pick'em or Squares, then try more strategic modes when your group is ready. Matchup details help you review your picks.
How does live scoring work?
Scores and standings update as the game feed refreshes. Live results are provisional until games are final; feed delays can occur.
Can I use PickGather on my phone?
Yes. PickGather works in your browser on mobile and desktop. Supported browsers also let you install it to your home screen.
Does PickGather collect my league entry fees?
Entry-fee records are separate from PickGather subscriptions. Hosts can track entries and payments; that does not mean PickGather automatically collects or pays out league funds.
How do I join my league?
Ask your host for an invitation link or the zone's access code. Sign in or create an account to join. If your invitation or code is not working, confirm the details with your host.
What if I forgot my password?
Use Reset password below and enter your account email to request a reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
Why is Face ID or fingerprint sign-in unavailable?
Passkeys require a supported browser and a secure connection. Add a passkey in Settings before using it to sign in. Password sign-in remains available.
How do I change my theme or favorite team?
Open Settings, then Appearance to choose your favorite team and change dark mode or display preferences.
Where do I find my contest rules?
Your host chooses the contest mode, deadlines, and entry rules. Review your contest before making picks and ask your host about league-specific rules or eligibility.
Why can I no longer change a pick?
Pick availability depends on the contest rules, deadlines, and game status. If a pick is locked, check the contest deadline and ask your host to review the situation.
Why did my position in the standings change?
Standings can change as scores update and other games finish. Live standings are provisional. Compare final results with your contest rules, and ask your host about a result you do not understand.
Who should I ask about an entry fee or payment record?
Contact your league host about entry amounts, payment status, and league payouts. Your PickGather subscription is separate from these league records.
What do subscription plans include?
Plans set limits for private zones, players per zone, and active contests per zone. View current prices and limits on the landing page or open Plans when signed in. Business plans require review.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open Settings, then Plans and savings. If your account has subscription billing available, use Manage billing to open the billing portal.
What should I do if a page is not loading?
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, and use Retry if it is shown. If the issue continues, note the page, the error message, and when it happened. Never share passwords, reset links, access codes, or payment card details.
